RITD is an electronic trading platform that provides electronic access to international capital markets. It operates with two modes: The Order Entry Mode allows connected brokers to directly send on-line orders to an other connected broker, while the Execution Venue Mode facilitates connected brokers to directly receive on-line orders.

With over 300 financial institutions currently connected, RITD has become an integral part of many companies straight through processing (STP) architecture. So far, Proton Securities is the first and only broker in Greece to have established RITD in both modes, allowing Proton to operate in Order Entry Mode, as well as in Execution Venue Mode.
