INTEGRAL SOLUTIONS MERGES WITH ASI DATAMYTE
PROVIDING COMPLETE QUALITY SOLUTIONS
Integral Solutions Inc. (ISI), a leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) software and training firm finalized the paperwork to merge with ASI DataMyte, Inc. of Plymouth, Minnesota
February 19, 2003 Royal Oak, Mich. -- Integral Solutions Inc. (ISI), a leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) software and training firm finalized the paperwork to merge with ASI DataMyte, Inc. of Plymouth, Minnesota.
Based in Royal Oak, Mich., Integral Solutions is a full-service software, training and consulting firm specializing in meeting the quality process and control needs of manufacturers. Established in 1986, ISI was founded on quality methodology and software development, which translated into world-class software, training and consulting. Today, ISI software has a worldwide user-base of more than 17,000 users who employ ISIs various products to help meet quality standards, such as ISO and QS-9000.
ASI DataMyte was formed by the merger of Applied Statistics, Inc. and the former DâtaMyte business unit of Rockwell Automation, Inc. It manufactures data collection devices, gage management software and precision measurement solutions and is a leading developer of statistical process control (SPC) software solutions for the manufacturing industry.
The ISI and ASI DataMyte products complement one another, creating a complete quality control system that includes the full range of quality documentation and management as well as quality related data collection, analysis and reporting. By bringing the companies together integrating the hardware components and software applications, has brought more activity to the Royal Oak office including the addition of the PlantMan visual attribute data collection software product development, and increasing staff.
Expanding in Detroit was a logical step for ASI DataMyte to capitalize on the automotive OEM and tier supplier presence in this region. DataMyte has been in the Detroit area for over 25 years. With this expanded office we will be able to provide our existing customers, as well as new partners, superior support, personalized service, and expanded product offerings as a total quality solutions provider," said Mark Roos, ASI DataMyte Director of North American Sales.
