Atlanta, GA, February 19, 2003 Atlanta and the Fabulous Fox will be "front and center" on CBS News THE EARLY SHOW with co-anchor and former Atlantan, Hannah Storm, live from Atlanta on Monday February, 24 (7:00-9:00 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Storm will be joining the CBS 46 Good Morning Atlanta team, Lori Wilson, Chris McWatt and Laura Huckabee as the morning show hits the road for a live broadcast from the Fox. Storm, a graduate of Atlanta's Westminster Schools, along with her Good Morning Atlanta colleagues, will highlight the Fabulous Fox, including its' history and restoration and her strong connections to the Atlanta community with a look back at her days at Westminster.
Born in Oak Park, Ill, Storm, spent her teenage years in Atlanta. She later graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in politics and communication. In just a decade at NBC, Storm hosted four Olympic Summer Games, including Atlanta and Barcelona and was the first woman to work as a solo anchor at three World Series. She also covered the NBA's basketball season as a solo anchor from 1997-2000.
