Students and lecturers from the Centre for Communications and Instructional Technology within the University of Malta are finalising their preparations to launch an in-depth news website. This online newspaper is being designed to allow visitors to participate in the news stories by contributing in the form of a discussion board. All news items can be discussed freely by registered members.
