ConferenceCall.com Launches New Customer Care Team

CARROLLTON, Texas - February 1, 2003 - While many of its competitors in the teleconferencing industry are combating economic hardship by reducing available service personnel, ConferenceCall.com has again taken the competitive lead by forming a new Customer Care team within its existing Customer Service department.

As the economic downturn extends and vendors find that they must compete in a tighter market, consumers have taken advantage of the situation and heightened their service expectations.
