About Dr. Mary Litchford
Dr. Mary Litchford is a nationally acclaimed author, speaker and consultant to health care providers and the food industry. She holds a Ph.D. in nutrition from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and a MS degree in public health nutrition from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association. Dr. Litchford has written 27 books and 14 instructional software programs.
