Megarock Radio Network chooses Abacast for Internet Radio streaming solutions

Robert Winkelmann, President and Founder of the internet-only radio network Megarock Radio announced today that they have chosen Abacast, Inc. for their streaming solutions.

The Megarock Radio Networks of St. Louis, Missouri officially announced today their new choice for internet service provider for their network of radio stations.

"We believe we have made a great choice in Abacast because of the incredible new technology they offer in the Abaclient, which allows us to keep our bandwidth costs low and therefore can continue serving our listeners radio stations without the need to charge them"

"This decision was made after recent changes made by our previous hosting provider, Live365.Com, that made it a requirement for our listeners to sign up with their service to listen to our stations. Since restricting the access to our stations was totally against all we stand for and what we built our stations reputation on, we were left with no choice but to find a new host".
