Dennis Sage Home Entertainment, Inc., Wins First Prize in Parks Associates Drawing

February 21, 2003 -- Parks Associates announced today that installing dealer Dennis Sage Home Entertainment, Inc., has won the $500 sweepstakes held for participants in the most recent survey of its Installing Dealer ePanel. The survey, conducted in the third quarter of 2002, found that 59% of dealers currently not installing no-new-wires" networks plan to offer this product category in the near future.

The findings from this survey corroborate results weve collected from our broad-based household research," said Tricia Parks, President of Parks Associates. Home networking is the logical next step among multiple-PC households, and installing dealers see opportunities to complement their existing offerings with 'no-new-wire alternatives for their customers."

I support Parks Associates research of our industry," said Dennis Sage, founder of Dennis Sage Home Entertainment, Inc. I feel it helps promote our interests while helping me to keep informed about the opinions of my peers from across the country."

Dennis Sage Home Entertainment, founded in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1995, specializes in the design, engineering, integration, and installation of electronic systems in residential and commercial environments. The firm conducts the majority of its business through 30 local builders in the Phoenix area. Our forte is the ability to adjust our business to the needs of home builders," Dennis Sage said. Every builder we work with has a different way of handling options for customers, billing procedures, project scheduling, etc. All forty of our employees are able to adjust very quickly to the ways each of the builders wants to do business. So were a very versatile, energetic company."

Home Entertainment, Inc., is the type of high-volume installing dealer many of our clients want to understand better," said Bill Ablondi, ePanel Program Director. Theyre typically working on 30 houses per day in one stage or another of project completion. They finish more than 5,000 projects annually and are in one of the hottest housing markets in the country, Phoenix, Arizona, with nearly 39,000 housing permits issued in 2002, up 8% from 2001."

In order to grow its business, Dennis Sage Home Entertainment, like dealers across the country, is constantly evaluating additions for its product portfolio. No-new-wires" networking topped the list in the ePanels mid-2002 survey as the product category most dealers are planning to add to their current offerings. In addition, Sage is planning to expand his lighting and electrical offerings to provide more comprehensive services to builders.

Parks Associates Installing Dealer ePanel is comprised of principals from installing dealerships across the U.S. who have agreed to participate in periodic surveys focusing on the products they are supporting, those theyre not, and the rationale behind their decisions. In addition to product-related research, Parks Associates profiles participating dealers with the goal of understanding how their business models are changing.
