Pompano Beach, FL...Tech Benders, LLC is pleased to announce that Cecelia Alvarez has joined its staff as Director, Customer Support. In this position, Alvarez is responsible for all aspects of ACT database installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Tech Bender customers.

Alvarez, who is an ACT! Certified Consultant, has 20 years of computer experience. As a Novell computer network administrator, she managed a 50-user network and resolved hardware, software and upgrade issues so that the network operated smoothly and efficiently. Her database management experience includes importing and exporting data, designing customized reports, training users, restoring and maintaining databases, and troubleshooting.
