Denney Cole joins Afternic

Denney Cole, formerly Director of Business Development at SnapNames.com, joined Afternic as VP Business Development.

Afternic, a popular domain name exchange announces that Denney Cole has joined the exchange as VP of Business Development. Mr. Cole was previously Director of Business Development for SnapNames, a leading domain name company. Mr. Cole brings his 22 years major account, sales, marketing and training experience for Internet products and high performance computing companies to Afternic.

Mr. Coles experience with the backorder service and State of the Domain newsletter makes him well suited for recruiting registrar partners. By hiring Mr. Cole, Afternic reaffirms its commitment to develop a network of partners to market members domain names.

On December 27, 2002, ProProject, Inc. purchased Afternic.com and changed the name of its domain name exchange from NameBuySell to Afternic.
