HRH Business Technology To Trade as ITESOFT UK

ITESOFTs strategic acquisition of HRH Business Technology, which has given the ITESOFT Group a strong foothold in the UK document management and data capture market.

Farnham based HRH Business Technology has announced it will now operate under the parent company brand as ITESOFT UK.

The strategic acquisition has given the ITESOFT Group a strong foothold in the UK market, as well as access to a comprehensive portfolio of advanced technologies and an existing UK customer base of well over 200 clients.

The European document management specialist, a market leader in automatic document capture processing, has installed the largest automatic document processing projects in Europe such as Orange, ING Direct, Redcat Group, Secodip and Tupperware, processing tens of thousand documents daily across 600 sites.

ITESOFTs products and solutions automatically capture, identify, read, store and archive any companys information flows. Using break-through technology to process paper documents, Internet exchanges and electronic forms, with the highest levels of automation and security.

ITESOFTs consolidated turnover for the 2002 fiscal year amounts to M€ 15.4 compared to M€ 1.6 for the same period in 2001, representing an increase of 33%.
