New Drug-Free Over The Counter Product Reduces Stress In 100% Of Users

Teaneck, NJ -- February 25, 2003 -- Radikal Records announced the launch of Chill Factor - Audiotherapy, a new CD compilation that promises to calm the mind, relax the body and soothe the soul through the use of relaxed beats, deep basslines and specific sound frequencies which act together to alter a listener's heart-rate and brainwaves, inducing a more relaxed, peaceful state. Non-clinical trials have confirmed it's effectiveness with a success rate of 100%. Each participant reported a feeling of deep calm after listening to the entire 76 minute audio CD.

Radikal Records revived the dormant dance music compilation format in the early 1990's with their Radikal Techno series of CD compilations and ultimately with the Dance Mix USA series of CD compilations. The highly successful Dance Mix USA series went on to sell over 4 million copies, leading to current packages such as Dance Hits USA and Trance Mix USA. Proven experts on compiling packages that get you up and dancing, Radikal is now producing packages that get you to sit back, relax and just chill out.

Known to the dance crowd as "chill-out" music, clubbers world-wide have been listening to deep grooves and slow rhythms to wind themselves down after a night out dancing. Contrary to what many in the media would have you believe, there is a large segment of the population that enjoys clubbing without the often associated drug consumption. These are the people who fully understand the power of music and how audio can affect your mood and energy level. Music with a fast tempo has often been used to energize and motivate people as they exercise. Radikal often provides music to Jazzercise, the world's leading dance fitness program, for use on their workout tapes and CDs.

Now Radikal have put together Chill Factor - Audiotherapy, their first package of down-tempo songs with mellow melodies to encourage relaxation and stress reduction. Prototypes of the product, distributed to trial participants, induced favorable reactions. Each and every subject in the informal trial reported being more calm and feeling less stressed after listening to the audio on the CD.

While there are several "chill-out" CDs on the market today, most of them are just spaced-out sounds and repetitive beats devoid of melody, emotion and musical interest. Chill Factor - Audiotherapy features a blend of ambient, new age and trance tracks recorded by award-winning artists such as Sinead O'Connor, Enigma, Great Barrier, Schiller, Marc Et Claude, Mauro Picotto, Blank & Jones and many others, entertaining while it relaxes.

Chill Factor is distributed in the USA by Caroline Distribution. 212-886-7500.
