Website Providing Information on Severely Flawed Trial of Cuban Five in Miami

The website www.antiterroristas.com provides complete information on the illegal trial held in Miami against five Cubans who are now serving extremely long sentences in US prisons - one of them two life terms plus 15 years.

The website www.antiterroristas.com provides complete information on the illegal trial in Miami of five Cubans who are currently imprisoned in USA.

The site also includes documents (many of which emanate from the USA government itself) related to acts of terrorism against Cuba, financed or directly supported from the state of Florida. The website also presents all the legal documents produced during the trial which was conducted in the South Federal District of Florida. These documents show many irregular and illegal violations before, during and after the trial.

The federal judge, Joan Lenard, did not even grant the Defense an audience, nor at the very least an appearance before the Court to defend the absolute right of the defendants to that which the US Government seeks to deny them - a fair and impartial trial. She thus denied the five Cubans that same fair and impartial trial.

One of the Five was unjustly sentenced to two life terms plus 15 years.
