Established in 1999, FloridaForSaleByOwner.com was a statewide For Sale by Owner Real Estate Advertising firm offering free Internet advertising for residential sellers.

Founder and CEO of By Owner of Tampa Bay, G. Michael Gusler heads the combined companies. "Combining FloridaForSaleByOwner.com with By Owner of Tampa Bay grants the opportunity to better serve the For Sale By Owner market in the Tampa Bay Region and beyond. I am very enthusiastic about the integration," says Gusler. The combined companies will continue to offer FREE advertising to the Tampa Bay market.
