SAN DIEGO—Guiding Mindful Change, is offering free insight for business and healthcare professionals on how to use basic coaching skills to help people live more fulfilling lives even in times of great change. One-hour tele-classes will be held Monday evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 pm (PST) from March 3 to March 17 for those who want to learn how to coach themselves and how to support others using coaching methods.

The founder of Guiding Mindful Change, Billie Frances, believes that people have the wisdom and knowledge within to be able to live the lives of their dreams but often don’t know how to make this happen.

“Many individuals, businesses and organizations want to, or are forced to, make changes. Often they are not sure where to start and have no one to support or encourage them,” explains Billie, who is a published author and a member of local chapters of the International Coach Federation and Coachville. “Through mindful coaching we guide and encourage people to discover the path to reaching their personal and professional goals.”
