Foxir Communications Inc announces Wave Exploration Corp. as a new client

Foxir enters into an agreement to provide investor/media relations services to Wave Exploration Corp

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--March 02, 2003--Foxir Communications, today announced it has agreed to provide investor and media relations services to Wave Exploration Corp. Foxir will help Wave Exploration Corp. develop and implement a strategic communications plan that addresses multiple constituencies, including the investor relations, press and media relations.
