Business Rescue Know How Seminar The State of the Art Monday 31st March, 4.30pm-6.30pm Intech Technology Centre, Winchester

State Securities, Lester Aldridge and Fanshawe Lofts are hosting a seminar on the serious implications of the new Enterprise Act and the ruling in the 'Brumark case.

State Securities, Lester Aldridge and Fanshawe Lofts are hosting a seminar on the serious implications of the new Enterprise Act and the ruling in the 'Brumark case. The enlightening presentation and discussion is aimed at the business man, the professional market, including accountants, insolvency practioners, banks, Business Link, turnaround professionals and business advisors.

An evolving culture of business recovery, supported by such Government legislation and case law, has meant the business environment will never be the same again. Businesses are blissfully unaware of the current changes in legislation and the consequences they could have on the businessman," commented Paul Burke, Director, State Securities. The legislation is business friendly. This is a battle for hearts and minds and in due course I hope we will see many more businesses rescued," agreed Antony Fanshawe of Fanshawe Lofts.

The law affecting distressed companies is changing rapidly. These changes are important for anyone in business and will affect what they need to do if any of their customers get into difficulty, or even if they themselves have financial problems. There will be a knowledgeable panel of speakers at the seminar and it looks like it will be a lively and informative occasion," added Malcolm Niekirk, head of Lester Aldridges Corporate Recovery team.
