Hartfield Online and Hartfield Parish Council prepare to re-launch village web site.

Hartfield Online covers the villages of Coleman's Hatch, Hartfield, Holtye and Hammerwood in East Sussex.

Hartfield Online has covered the parish of Hartfield in East Sussex for three years.

Run as an independent operation, the site will soon be taken on by Hartfield Parish Council.

The site will be maintained by the Council and by Nigel Peacock, who has managed the site since it opened in April 2000.

The site currently covers items of interest to both local residents and those visiting the area. Many people come to Hartfield each year, to walk across the bridge made famous by A.A. Milne in the Winnie the Pooh stories.

Over the next few months, Hartfield Online will expand to include plenty of information from the local council.
