Cafe Yoga, available as a 'breakreminder' - you schedule it to come up when you want your break - or as a screensaver, is a series of 12 stretches. The user can choose them in 10, 5 or 3 minute chunks. The onscreen instructions are easy to follow, as are the audible breathing patterns which are both calming and well integrated with the stretches.
Cafe Yoga is almost as good for you as turning off you computer and going for a walk in the park.
