"By fostering communication on a global scale nonprofits, charities, NGOs, and community groups can plug into what similar groups are doing throughout the world," said Shawn Sutherland, founder of the Not For Profit Network. "We endeavor to bring not for profit groups together to share their experiences and learn from one another."

Visitors may also search for not for profit organizations operating in many different sectors and countries or keep up to date on the latest news and press releases. Not for profit organizations are encouraged to post their volunteers wanted ads. All are welcome join in on a wide variety of discussions on topics affecting not for profit groups via discussion forums.
