ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA, March 2003 -Regency Hospital Company is pleased to announce Kenneth Costello as Chief Executive Officer of Regency Hospital of Meridian located in Meridian, Mississippi. We are very pleased to have Benny" Costello join the Regency family -- he is an outstanding addition to our team," stated Rod Laughlin, President and CEO of Regency Hospital Company. Mr. Costello is an experienced Long Term Acute Care administrator and plans to focus largely on producing a hospital that is renowned for its outstanding clinical program.

Mr. Costellos previous experience includes Chief Executive Officer of Wichita Specialty Hospital, Chief Financial Officer of Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital, as well as appointments at Palm Beach Regional Hospital and Saint Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center located in Syracuse, New York.

Mr. Costello received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utica College and received a Masters of Science in Business Management from Troy State University. He is a diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives and active in several community charities.
