CVS Pharmacy Launches Uplynx Insight Database

The nation's largest pharmacy chain, CVS, has launched the UpLynx, Insight application as their Operations integrated database system for audits.

Houston, Texas
Data integration company, UpLynx, LLC, announced today that CVS Pharmacy has launched the Insight application for their Store Operations Department.

Insight will provide a database for District Management to manage the data from their audit of the 4000 store chain. This information has not been available through an enterprise-wide application and now will be used for review and analysis by Senior Management. The chain audits all stores monthly and managment of that data was a challenge prior to Insight.

Uplynx will be preparing for the next stage of development to migrate the audits to handheld computers or pen tablets.
