LANGHAM PLACE HOTEL HONG KONG --- A New Landmark for Mongkok

The Langham Place Hotel will open its doors in the bustling heart of Mongkok on July 1st next year, becoming the first new five-star property to appear in Kowloon for over a decade.

The 700-room hotel, which has more than 50 luxurious suites, is the flagship of a mega 1.8 million sq. ft development that embraces the hotel. Other components of the project, which encompasses four city blocks in total, include a mall with over 300 shops and a 60-storey A-grade office tower. Rising 42-storeys from the heart of Kowloon, the Langham Place enjoys spectacular views over Hong Kong and Victoria Harbour.

Langham Hotels International (LHI), carried out extensive market research about the central Kowloon location prior to development, and is convinced of the great potential for both the business and leisure market.

Framed by 13,000-sq. ft. of park, lakes and waterfalls, with its own dedicated porte-cochère on Shanghai Street, the hotel is on the doorstep of Hong Kongs most famous street-markets.
