Reliance Software Systems today announced the release of their new network monitoring tool, StatusMonTM. StatusMon monitors a range of network devices, databases and conditions.

StatusMon is a comprehensive network-monitoring tool that lets administrators and consultants monitor devices on internal or remote networks. It runs as a service in Windows 2000 and Windows NT. Administrators and network support have the ability to monitor servers, storage devices, network connectivity, databases, log files, printers and print queues. StatusMon also runs scheduled jobs and can be configured to monitor various conditions within the network infrastructure.
