Siteworks, Inc outlines growth strategy for fidcal year 2003 and beyond

Miami, Florida March 6, 2003

SiteWorks Inc CEO C Michael Nurse recently discussed the companys objectives as being carefully formulated to achieve significant growth in fiscal year 2003.

Mr. Nurse a 20 year construction industry veteran, laid out a conservative plan, mixing targeted acquisitions with development of in house projects, designed to meet the company target revenue goals of 4,000,000 to 8,000,000 this fiscal year.

Projects being developed for the firm own accounts include the planned 30 unit project in Connecticut, details of which were first released last year. Also under negotiations now are projects for a 66 unit low income project in California.
In its home market the company expects to start construction of a 26 unit warehouse project in South Miami in late March.

The planned projects represent revenue of nearly 7,000,000. In addition due diligence is continuing on the acquisition of a homebuilder on the Gulf Coast. Once completed, that acquisition will result in the addition of nearly 5,000,000 in revenues to the company.

These planned joint ventures will ensure that the company generates significant sales and net income within the next 24 months.

Site Works Inc is a Florida company engaged in the business of total site and built environment solutions.
