Data Kinetics Appoints ex-Nortel Top-Achiever to Executive

Ottawa, Ontario, March 13, 2003 -Data Kinetics Ltd.-Data Kinetics, the leading developer of memory-resident table management systems for Fortune 1000 companies today announced the appointment of Maryam Sheidafar as Software Development Manager, reporting to the President and CEO of Data Kinetics, Mr. William Olders. Formerly of Nortel Networks, Ms. Sheidafar is responsible to manage the software development effort for tableBASE®, the Companys flagship software product that dramatically boosts the performance of e-business and transaction processing environments.

Recognized as a top-achiever while at Nortel Networks, Ms. Sheidafar brings over fourteen years progressive and diversified experience in research and development, software project management, and risk management to the firm. She has proven success with domestic and international clients in the areas of technical requirement definition, product trial execution, and training. Maryam was appointed to the Integrated Network Management (INM) Architecture Council while at Nortel Networks. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and is working towards Project Management Professional certification.
