City of Montreal asks Elix to optimize its services to its citizens
Elix will simplify the telephone services access of the new City
Montreal, Quebec, March 10, 2003 -- Elix, a world leader in self-service and agent-assisted touchpoint solutions for contact centers, announces that the City of Montreal has decided to pursue its collaboration with Elix for the management of its telephone service: 87-ACCES.
