CEO, Natalie Fears, also states that it was indeed a struggle and a fight getting the business off the ground floor. The overall financing of the project was huge set back as with a lot of small businesses starting out. And even though PUGILIST was originally located in the Fight Capitol of the World, Las Vegas, Nevada, the business needed to relocate to Southern California from a business standpoint. The company needed to be closer to the Los Angeles Garment District. "Things are beginning to come together, God has truly been good to us at PUGILIST this year," states Fears. Financing issues have been resolved and funding is now being set in place and the relocation of the company took place over the winter holidays 2002. PUGILIST is now in the process of accepting applications for retail stores to carry their brand.
