Suzanne Richie and Steven Ehrich, directors of sales and leasing in Charles Dunns Orange County office, represented the tenant, Intense Lighting, Inc. -- a manufacturer of lighting products specializing in track and recessed lighting. Chris Coyte of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, JRMV Investments, Inc.
