TechCall Conducts Survey of Tablet PC Users
TechCall, a Washington, DC Metro area computer services company has launched a survey of Tablet PC Users.
The TechCall Tablet PC User Survey examines the experiences, preferences and behavior of the first generation of Tablet PC users.
"The Tablet PC has clearly gained a foothold in the market place well above and beyond what any of the so called industry experts expected," said TechCall President Colin Chapman. "We launched this survey so we could understand a little more about how the first Tablet PCs are being used."
All current Tablet users are welcome and encouraged to participate in this survey.
The 26 question survey asks questions about the experience Tablet PC users have had with their Tablet PC.
The Tablet PC user survey may be taken at the TechCall website at http://www.TechCall.com.
The survey covers the following areas:
-What factors went into deciding which Tablet to purchase
-Satisfaction with their Tablet and the Tablet PC platform as a whole
-Technical support received from manufacturers
-Experience and use of handwriting recognition
-How the Tablet PC is being used
-Use of wireless networking
-How use of the Tablet has impacted the use of other handheld devices
Upon completion, TechCall will be providing the results of this survey to media outlets, Tablet PC users and vendors who provide hardware and software for the Tablet PC.
"The Tablet PC is a revolutionary tool and it has only been on the street since November," said Chapman. "This survey will help provide the industry a better picture of how and why it has gained traction so quickly."
