Sterling Management Resources launches HR Outsourcing and Consulting Division

In response to client demand, Sterling Management Resources has expanded its service offerings to include Human Resources consulting and outsourcing. The three-phase approach of Sterling's financial, HR, and Internal audit along with Executive Search offers clients a greater depth of resources.

Tampa - March 11, 2003 Sterling Management Resources, Inc., a Tampa based consulting firm that specializes in Executive Search, Contract CFO Consulting and Internal Audit Services, announces the founding of its Human Resources Consulting Division. The company will offer a full menu of HR services -- HR on Call, Safety and Compliance, Organizational Change Initiatives, Leadership Training, Program Design and Basic HR administration.
    
     The three-phase approach of Sterlings Financial, Internal Audit and Human Resources consulting offers clients greater depth of resources. Client companies may opt for full or partial service from the firm. For example, in the human resources area, some companies may outsource their entire human resource function to Sterling, saving them cost and time. Others may outsource specific human resource functions.

     Directing the new division will be Donna Minton, who brings over 26 years of experience in human resources management to Sterling clients.

     Minton has over 26 years of Human Resource experience and was previously a Director of

HR for TECO Energy where she developed, led and implemented leading edge HR

programs. Some of the programs that she pioneered were in the areas of labor relations,

selection, performance management, non-punitive discipline, employee assistance, employee

relations, compensation, safety, corporate governance, productivity improvement, executive

development and mergers/acquisitions integration. She served as the Chief Union Negotiator for

People Gas System and has had experience in organizational development, culture alignment,

team development and process improvement. Minton obtained her BA degree in Business

Administration with a Human Resources focus from the University of South Florida. She is a

Master Certified Trainer and is a certified instructor for over 20 professional development

programs.
