After the recent debacles of Enron and WorldCom, the importance of effective leadership has become more critical than ever in a companys success. This Sunday (March 16), national leadership expert Dr. Karen Wilson-Starks will be discussing the essential role of organizational leadership during her radio interview on eWomen Network, a national broadcast on WBAP News/Talk 820 AM from 8 to 9 p.m. CST. The program will be broadcast to 80% of the country by tuning to 820 on the AM dial.

Dr. Wilson-Starks, who is also quoted in this months Black Enterprise magazine, said, Its important to establish personal credibility. Personal credibility is derived from consistently delivering excellence.
