About the Author:
Dixie Hibner, Ph.D.: My life has been spent in schools, as a student, teacher, administrator and consultant. Studying and researching have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As I realized I was getting older, learning about aging was a natural inclination for me. I want to live for a long, long time, but I want to be youthful as I do it. With all the baby-boomers aging right along with me, it seems important to share what I've learned about how to stay youthful, physically and mentally fit, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the rest of life. I've done the research on what doctors and scientists have learned about aging and want to share it with you so we can all age as successfully as possible.
