4TOPS Data Analysis and Reporting is a combination of 4 wizards for retrieving information in Microsoft Access. It is used for statistical analysis and presentation of the data in your Access database. The wizards enable end-users to define their own reports without need to involve an Access programmer. The results are made available in the two dominant formats of the average office, Word and Excel. This ofcourse makes distributing the results and integrating them in other reports easy. Each wizard in 4TOPS Data Analysis has a separate well defined task. The Summary Wizard: provides statistical information such as totals, counts, averages and frequencies. The Filter Builder lets the user define and apply filters to select the data you are currently interested in. The filters have the power of full SQL but the user does not need to know it's syntax. The reporting wizards can than be used to present the results in Word or Excel. These reporting wizards support templates, charting and have several document processing features such as automatic naming, storage, printing or e-mailing. 4TOPS Data Analysis and Reporting is ideal if you are using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access. It can also be used with Oracle or SQL Server as a backend.

New in version 4 is that it now includes the reporting wizards Word Link and Excel Link. These replace the previous wizards for exporting and charting. Both Word Link and Excel Link support adding charts to documents. The new version allows changes to charts presentation to be stored in templates. Another important improvement is that the filter and summary wizards now also work on subforms, which is a feature much asked for.

Data Analysis and Reporting for MS Access is available for Access versions 97, 2000 and XP.
