PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY CEO APPOINTED TO SOUTH CAROLINA FINANCIAL ADVISORY BOARD

Upper Marlboro, MD - March 19, 2003 -- Karen Hardy, CEO of Destiny Capital Funding, LLC, was recently
appointed to the Board of Financial Advisors by the Town Council of Atlantic Beach, South Carolina.
Destiny Capital Funding is a business loan and lease brokerage company that specializes in arranging financing
options for large and small businesses.

Ms. Hardy will share the board appointment with BB&T and First Union-Wachovia banks. The board will be
for providing the financial expertise in improving the quality of life in the Town of Atlantic Beach. Ms Hardy
will be sworn in on March 22, 2003.
