Tips for Managing Anxiety Related to War and Terrorism Threats

As stress levels skyrocket, Witness Justice offers tips, information and resources to stay safe and lessen anxious feelings.

Washington, DC -- With the nation now at war with Iraq and the U.S. Department of Homeland Securitys Operation Liberty Shield and Code Orange high-risk alert in place, many Americans are understandably experiencing extremely high levels of stress and anxiety. In an effort to help alleviate our collective unease, Witness Justice today released additional resources specifically geared for managing stress and anxiety associated with the war and increased terrorism threats.
