The Mission of the CHARO Business Incubator is to promote business enterprise development within our community by providing assistance to the early-stage growth of small business. The function of an incubator is to foster growth and facilitate emerging companies through their early stages of development.

The CHARO Business Incubator also serves to assist small businesses, growing out of their home office, transition into commercial office space by offering furnished office space, paid utilities and support services inclusive of one low rental fee.
