Peace, In A Creative Way
A very DIFFERENT view of the war in Iraq and a solution to ensure 'war occurs no more'.
Pacific Way Foundations ( www.pacificway.org ), downloadable digital magazine, Epiphanies (which means realizations) inspires, and is full of realizations. It gives a timely, 82pg insightful solution directed towards ensuring peace, more enduring than solving the Iraq problem. While the choice of exile or war is touted as the resolution for the current problems in Iraq, which, within a cloud of smoke, three rounds of missiles could end, Epiphanies offers a different approach. Answers from our Source of inspiration are available quickly. Implementing them takes longer. Doing so never costs lives and provides keys to solve or preempt other problems.
Epiphanies articles touch on the tragedy of Columbia Space Shuttle, foresight, health, dementia, inventions and the best way to preempt impending nuclear terrorism attacks. Attacks foreseen by many could begin in Seattle within months. Readers desiring to understand more about how our minds work will enjoy discovering and being informed about our inner workings, in areas scientists have overlooked. Epiphanies touches our spirituality while steering past objectionable associations yet investigates the Source of our creativity in useful, beneficial and quite practical ways.
Within Epiphanies are examples showing how well-known people, like Edison, Franklin, Einstein, Darwin and Bell used their dreams or visions constructively; as well as people who failed to use the urgent suggestions and paid with their lives. Historic uses are touched too, as well as addressing serious matters which are not yet 'pressing.
Pacific Way Foundation, a non-profit organization, was incorporated in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2001 after years of developing a constitution and plan, not just to support peace, but to put tangible efforts into ensuring peace grows and endures in the face of adversities, or those unfamiliar with those goals. To launch this, the foundation is initiating a series of technology challenges. Related effects created by the challenges ensure peace, protects lives and the environment, inspires creativity, increases personal responsibility and increases business in undercapitalized regions. One challenge obsoletes the use of fossil fuels for powering transportation, another obsoletes firearms. The solutions are known, however, its put to others to 'discover and construct them, by a means learned easily.
The foundations programs include increasing access to published works to reduce illiteracy, by employing the disabled, and promoting democracy and titled property ownership. That sets the stage for our technology challenges and rapid growth, and so that more people can tackle lifes challenges effectively.
As a Footnote:
If the coalition of armed forces provide Saddam Hussein and his sons sufficient time to leave the country, after the opening salvo (which injures) one or more of them), there will be far less loss of life or need for continuation of the war. They will leave rather than fight to the death.
