Cambridge, MA, March 21, 2003 - Biosift, Inc. announces the acquisition of IP and technology assets from Entigen Corporation, including BioNavigator and the ADAAPT information integration platform. This transaction will rapidly expand Biosifts ability to offer a comprehensive list of tools and services to life science researchers.

Entigen Corporation, headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA, is a Life Science Information Infrastructure Company that provides information integration and analysis solutions to individual researchers, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and academic and government funded research institutions.
