Applied Media Technologies Selected as Bekins Preferred On Hold" Message Vendor

One of the largest transportation and distribution service companies in the U-S selected Applied Media Technologies as their messages "on-hold" vendor.

CLEARWATER, FL / March 24, 2003: The Bekins Company, one of the largest transportation and distribution services companies in America, has selected Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC) as the preferred vendor of telephone on hold" messaging for its approximately 375 agents nationwide.

AMTC will serve agents in both of Bekins main operating companies, Bekins Van Lines and Bekins Worldwide Solutions. Bekins, based in Hillside, IL, chose AMTCs TraxMaster, a programmable player utilizing CD-ROM technology. The TraxMaster allows any number of messages to be selected from a CD for inclusion in a programmed playlist" that repeats to callers on hold.
