The ETI-8810 gun-shaped, portable thermometer with laser-assisted alignment is quick and easy to use, just aim the laser beam, pull the trigger and the unit will display the temperature of the item being measured. The infrared thermometer gives a digital read-out of temperature over the range of -20 to +270°C with an assured accuracy of ±2%/±2°C of reading with a repeatability of ±1°C of reading.

Whether gathering routine temperature data, or data for a HACCP system, the ETI-8810 infrared thermometer enables caterers to work quickly and efficiently, maintaining food safety and quality in many applications including; monitoring the delivery of fresh, chilled or frozen foods, ensuring that they have been transported at the correct temperature; checking that fresh, chilled and frozen foods are stored at the correct temperature at all times; ensuring the correct cooking temperature for specific foods; maintaining the holding and serving temperatures, either hot or cold; cooling food quickly ready for cold storage and reheating food properly.
