Would you like to own a home for $200.00?

All you have to do is send your hand written or typed essay, along with a cover sheet containing your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and your $200.00 entry fee. Entry fee payable in US funds via money order, cashiers check or electronically through Paypal only. Essays will only be accepted via email if payment is received through www.paypal.com. Make payments payable to: McClure House Giveaway.

All contestants must be 18 years old or older.

Owners, judges and their immediate family members are prohibited from entering the contest.

Entries MUST be 500 words or less, describing or addressing how owning this residence would be a life long dream. Essays will be judged on the most convincing entry. You can enter more than once, but the entry fee must accompany each essay.

This essay contest will result in someone getting the keys to a debt free home

All entries must be received by April 30, 2003 to be eligible. Send entries to McClure House Giveaway, 931 Morning Dove Drive, Longmont, Colorado, 80501-8689. Winner will be notified by contact information given in cover sheet that accompanies essay within 30 days after essay deadline. Decision of the judges will be final.

The contest winner will win ownership of this house free & clear of any liens, mortgages and taxes, as of the date of transfer. However, monthly homeowner's dues, property taxes and insurance are the responsibility of the contest winner as of the day of transfer.
