The DVD format puts the trainer in the drivers seat, allowing them to jump instantly to any content at any time, or to easily replay pertinent environmental, health, and safety information. The digital format of the DVD allows a more permanent shelf life, as VHS content can deteriorate over time. DVDs also offer the viewer better picture and sound quality.
