Portal Software Powering Telverse Communications' VOIP Billing; VOIP Wholesaler Implements Multiple Pricing Plans for Channel Partners

Telverse Communications, a nationwide wholesale provider of "Business Tone" IP communication services, has implemented Portal's convergent billing solution, Infranet(R) to provide flexible billing and pricing plans to its customers for end-to-end IP-based communication services. Telverse is also using Infranet's branding capabilities to create customer-specific VOIP service offerings.

Portal Software, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRSF) today announced that Telverse Communications, a nationwide wholesale provider of "Business Tone" IP communication services, has implemented Portal's convergent billing solution, Infranet(R)


Telverse provides channel partners, telecommunications carriers, and ISP customers with a full suite of customized communications services to sell to their customers. Telverse's wholesale offering gives its customers and partners a quick and cost-effective way to bring new services to market and instantly generate new revenue opportunities. Portal is providing Telverse with the ability to invoice for communications services on behalf of its customers and partners.
