IceWEB(tm) and Training on Video Enter Revenue Sharing Agreement

IceWEB will integrate Training on Video's(tm) Unix and Telecommunications classes on Learningstream.com(tm)

Herndon, VA March 26, 2003 IceWEB Inc. (OTC BB: ICEW), today announced that it has entered into a revenue sharing agreement with Training on Video(tm) of Chico, California to deploy a customized set of Unix and Telecommunications classes online. The classes will be offered on IceWEB's Learningstream.com's(tm) online education portal. The classes will be offered on a one time or group license arrangement. The price range of the classes will vary from $99 for a one-time class to $14995 for a complete license on a monthly basis. A total of 12 classes will be offered ranging from Introduction to Unix to Broadband Digital Transmission. The revenue agreement calls for a 50/50 split on gross sales and will be marketed electronically through Overture(tm), Google(tm) and Esite Blast(tm). IceWEB will utilize its proprietary Learningstream(tm) application platform to author and publish the Video classes online.
