Guy L. Frank joins BI3 Solutions
BI3 Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Guy Frank as Senior Compliance Specialist. Mr. Frank has 20 years of compliance management experience in the heavily regulated banking and securities industries. As Senior Compliance Officer at Crocker Bank, Guy developed and implemented the strategy that led to the creation of Crocker Securities Corp. Crocker was the first bank-owned securities firm allowed back into the securities industry under the Glass-Steigal Act. During the merger of Crocker with Midland Bank, Guy established and obtained regulatory approval for Midland Montagu Securities Inc. He also oversaw the merger of Crocker Securities Corp. into Wells Fargo Securities, Inc., where he served as the Senior Compliance Officer.

Upon returning to Midland Montagu as the Senior Compliance Officer, Credit Manager and Corporate Secretary, Guy oversaw and obtained regulatory approval for the relocation of the Primary Government Dealer to Wall Street. Mr. Frank assisted Bank of America in redefining their compliance strategy after the bank had been severely fined and censured by the OCC. Guy worked with senior management to convince the regulators to lift the censorship allowing the Bank to proceed with its securities strategy, which included adding a Section 20 securities subsidiary to underwrite securities. Guy was subsequently promoted to Senior Manager of World Banking Group Compliance and Internal Controls where he developed and directed the banks global compliance functions. Guy also brings extensive mergers and acquisitions experience from the compliance, due diligence, and systems integration perspective.
