MONTICELLO, MN — April 8, 2003 – On River Street recently celebrated four months of business success, providing an array of unique gifts, collectibles, and specialty items nationwide. On River Street opened its virtual doors on December 1, 2002 with product lines being offered by Candle Creations by Sandie, Kat's Coffees & More and On The Lake Creations. In January and March of 2003 two new product lines were added, by Heavenly Sweets and acScent Stone. All product lines contribute to the vast array of specialty items offered, including aromatic handcrafted candles, fine coffees, decedent sweets, scented stones, and hand painted totes.

On River Street was established by Jennifer Strumbel of Monticello, Minnesota. Ms. Strumbel is a work-at-home-mother who is committed to the help and support of women whose dedication to their families motivates them to create work at home opportunities. To that end, Ms. Strumbel actively participates with the Monticello Chamber of Commerce and a host of support sites for work at home mothers, including PromoMoms.com, of which she is a founding member.
