BRIAN FRAZEE PLAYS WITH HIMSELF ACROSS THE NATION! ANNOUNCES TOUR DATES FOR HIS ONE-MAN MUSICAL HIGHWIRE ACT

BRIAN FRAZEE PREPARES FOR THIRD NATIONAL TOUR, BRINGS ONE-MAN SHOW TO THE ROAD WITH ROCK THE VOTE.

BRIAN FRAZEE is set to embark on another nationwide tour in support of his debut album, Feeding the Id (HeartAttackMusic, Feb. 2003), which High Bias calls "seductive." Two highly successful nationwide tours with his trio have kept FRAZEE on the road for the better part of six months. "I have become fond of playing kickball in truck stops around the country," says FRAZEE.

On this next trip out FRAZEE has opted to perform solo saying, "this time I only have myself to blame for the bad odors in the van." While he'll be alone onstage don't expect a folky singer-songwriter with an acoustic guitar. "I get bored easily," admits FRAZEE, adding, "I love techno gadgets." Often switching between piano, guitar and bass during a single song, Urban View calls FRAZEE's performances as an "inventive spontaneous ... acrobatic one-man show."

FRAZEE's tour schedule will include multiple return engagements, wrapping up with featured performances at San Francisco's B.L.O.W. and Queer-A-Palooza event. During the past six months of touring, FRAZEE has become a regular guest on several college and commercial radio and TV stations, performing LIVE and bringing what's been dubbed "The Brian Show" wherever he goes. "They seem to think I know what I'm doing," mused FRAZEE. "I've got them right where I want them."

Described by CDStreet.com as "a refreshing and energetic brilliantly self-produced debut album," Feeding the Id features the lush vocal arrangements and uniquely diverse music that make FRAZEE an eclectic pop artist on the rise. FRAZEE's album and performances have been compared to other off-the-beaten-track performers including Emitt Rhodes, Joseph Arthur and Jon Brion. Whether with his band or solo, FRAZEE infuses his concerts with a broad vocal range and eccentric stage presence that surprises and seduces even the most jaded audience.

FRAZEE partnered with the non-partisan political activism organization ROCK THE VOTE prior to his last tour in order to encourage music fans to be outspoken with their thoughts. ROCK THE VOTE will again be present at each show on FRAZEE's solo tour. Audience members will have the opportunity to register to vote and learn about local political activities. FRAZEE believes "politics and rock-and-roll can change the world," adding, "it could use some work."

Feeding the Id is available at CDStreet.com, HeartAttackRecords.com, BrianFrazee.com and retailers in many states.
