The system is based on latest Microsoft .NET Technologies making it easy to customize the system to suit various HR needs in different industries and to integrate it with other existing and planned systems. It contains two modules for defining and maintaining system users and for enabling users to apply their personal settings, which include their login passwords, preferred color schemes and interface language. The HRIS has a central database and it integrates with financial and time-attendance information systems.
