Students Gain Critical Skills for Professional Life in Manufacturing Industry

ANDOVER, MA, April 1, 2003 - Resinate Corporation, a leader in Automated Materials Management for discrete manufacturers, today announced the Educator Program for the Resinate Material Advisor (RMA) software suite. RMA by Resinate streamlines the plastic material selection process for manufacturers by integrating extensive databases of materials with leading MCAD applications.

Resinate is advancing student education with its RMA software package by combining Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks and PTC Pro/ENGINEER software products with its patent-pending RMA material selection software. Junior, senior and graduate students, who previously only used CAD software for 3D design concepts, can now use the RMA software to further their skills.

The ease of use and the step-by-step methodology provided by RMA is ideal within the learning environment; even users with only fundamental knowledge can evaluate and select real world materials from the database."

The Resinate Educator Program supplies educational institutions with an enterprise license for their on-site CAD labs along with training manuals and course information. Single-seat student editions are also available to students enrolled in an approved course. Enterprise licenses are $1,500 per site, and Student Editions are $99 per year or $149 for a two-year license.
